“Tabata Plate”
Using a 25#,35# or 45# plate complete 8 rounds of the following exercises in the Tabata format – 20 sec on and 10 sec off
Squat (either FS or BS but keep it consistent)
Shoulder press 10 sec each side
SA bent over row 10 sec each side
KBS
1 rounds is completing each exercise once - complete 8 rounds
