Monday 3/21
Fitness Testing: Curl-up test
WOD: Tabata 5 rounds ea of KB SDHP/Pullups

Tuesday/Wednesday 3/22-23
Warm-up: high knees, butt kicks, grapevines, 4 sprints (length of court), 10 squat jumps
Strength: White Day
WOD: University of Wisconsin Graduate School
Perform 5 burpees on minute every minute, with remaining time perform Thrusters until you complete 50 Thrusters

Thursday/Friday 3/24-25
Warm-up: Animal Walks
Strength: Gray Day
WOD: Medicine Ball Relay
8, 10, 12, 14 and 16lb med balls will be placed 5 yards apart on field. Player 1 will sprint out and pick up med balls one at a time and return them to starting line. Player 2 will return them to field. Players 3 and 4 will repeat. Teams with fastest time will receive otter pops.
