Monday:
500m row assessment and make-up any assessments not completed
Tue/Wed:
Explain Meeting minimum standards/Falcon Fit handout and make sure students know in which areas they will be assessed
Deadlift Assessment
After assessment go to track and have students who need to to pass 1600, 800 and 400m runs complete them
WOD: “Kansas State”
3 rounds for time: Teams of 3 – rotate when all 3 partners have completed their reps
30 Single Under Jump Rope
20 yards of broad jumps
10 KB swings
Thurs/Fri:
WOD: University of Wisconsin
Complete 50 wallballs for time, but you must do 4 burpees on the minute every minute until you reach 50
Play Badminton when done.
